1. Select "Messages" from the top of the Reservation Management System

2. You can also click the Chat button next to a reservation request in the

  Accommodation menu.

3. Select the person you wish to contact, write your message, then click

 "Submit" to send your message.

4**. Using Auto-reply for Reservation Confirmations**


An auto-reply message will be sent automatically when you confirm a reservation request. A simple auto-reply message has been set by default, but you can edit this message as you see fit. There is no character limit, and you can include website URLs in this message.

<aside> 📌 [How to edit (Auto-Reply Templates for Reservation Confirmations)]

Click on the down ▼ arrow next to the message box, and select “Edit Template”. You can then edit your auto-reply message template.

「If the “Auto reply on reservation” check box is ticked it will automatically be sent to members when you accept their reservation request. Please make sure to double check the message after editing.
