[IMPORTANT] You must complete the following steps when closing your property or temporarily suspending your partnership with HafH⚠️

1. Follow ① & ② to make sure you have no reservations confirmed for your temporary closure period

   *Go straight to [**Step 4**](<https://kabukstyle.notion.site/B-4-Temporarily-Closure-Suspension-of-HafH-Partnership-83b3ff73a63a4d98a15df7804ec304dd>) if you have no HafH reservations confirmed for your upcoming 
     closure period.

1. Please Decline any unconfirmed/unprocessed reservations in the system

2. If you have confirmed reservations, contact the HafH member via Chat or Phone and ask them to cancel the reservation from their side
