1. Follow ① & ② to check for reservations confirmed for dates following contract termination

2. Please Decline any unconfirmed/unprocessed reservations in the system

3. If you have confirmed reservations, contact the HafH member via Chat or Phone and ask them to cancel the reservation from their side
